OPEN IN A WORKPLACE
The GM Orientation is open to initial training and apprenticeship. For students who were apprentices in (first year) M1 in the master degree of Mechanics, this is done as a continuation of the contract. For others, this can be done through a one-year contract for this last year of training. The orientation is also followed by the M2 Mechanical Engineering ISFATES.
First Semester
Semester 9 (or 1st semester of M2) of M2 GM consists of a common core of four units allowing an affirmation of skills in the field of mechanical engineering, in particular via the work-study or integrator project. Transversal skills continue to be offered: Languages, management and practical work linked to research (TP ORION). Note that students take a language level test (TOEIC or Widaf).
Second Semester
The S10 semester of the M2 GM consists of the end-of-studies internship. It lasts 5 months minimum, from April to the end of August minimum. An internship defense is planned at the end of the internship.
